Its content explains how official Rowan Sheriff, Clerk, NCSBI, NCDAC, and North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry channels work. Visitor information is not compiled into a consumer report, and the website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
